To provide reliable logistics and truck-matching services, we collect information when you register or post requests on our platform:

For Customers: Name, contact details (mobile, WhatsApp number), corporate details, pickup/delivery cities, PIN codes, material specifications, and cargo weight.
For Drivers / Fleet Operators: Name, contact numbers, vehicle registration number, truck type, capacity, license details, and Aadhar details for KYC verification.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized strictly to coordinate transport operations and ensure shipment fulfillment:

To facilitate matching of load requirements with active truck posts on same routes.
To send automated notifications (such as WhatsApp match updates and OTP confirmations).
To verify driver/vehicle identities during the onboarding KYC checks.
To process invoices and payments securely.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We value your privacy. Your data is only shared with participating members of a shipment workflow:

When a match is assigned, the booking customer will see the driver's name, vehicle number, and contact info.
The allocated driver will receive the loading coordinates and customer phone number to execute the transit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal details with third-party advertising companies.

4. Data Retention & Security

Your user profile and booking logs are stored securely on our encrypted servers. Verification documentation (Aadhar and Licenses) is restricted to internal verification audits. You may request account closure or data purging by contacting our support team.
